Results Fitness Training is based upon the principle of empowering people to live their dreams and achieve things that have always seemed out of their reach. Every day we can do sometime to get closer to who and where we want to be and with Results Fitness Training we can promise that we will do all that we can to help you get where you want to be.

We believe in 4 Pillars that create the foundation of our training.

Those 4 Pillars are:

BALANCE - In body and in life. Balance in our bodies makes you stronger, faster, and a more effective machines. Balance in life allows you to maintain all aspects of your life to maximize your time and energy allowing you to be your best.

ENERGY - In daily activities and through proper nutrition. Putting forth energy and effort in daily activities allows you to better perform those activities. From work to time at home to the gym, energy within daily activities results in high quality performance. Energy for the body comes through proper nutrition and maintaining healthy eating habits and sleep patterns.

STRENGTH - Strength to improve your body and become healthier. Strength to change and grow in all aspects of life. Growth and change are essential to achieve results, you must be able to change aspects of your life to attain the life you image for yourself.

PERSISTENCE - Persistence to continue down a path that may become difficult with obstacles and road blocks. There are challenges that we come across in all aspects of life and having persistence to fight through them towards your goals.

As a former high school and collegiate athletes we understand what hard work, commitment, sacrifice are all about and how these traits can lead to great successes. We learned so many lessons from my time in athletics, both life and training, that have helped us become better trainers with a better understanding of what it takes to get results for those we work with.

We strive to give our customers the very best of ourselves each session to ensure that they are getting what they deserve, rather than what they paid for.
